Escape to a peaceful PRIVATE OFF-GRID CABIN surrounded by open New Mexico skies and desert scenery. This is an affordable, intentionally simple stay for self-sufficient guests who want to unplug, stargaze, relax in nature or enjoy a quiet getaway.

IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING
This is a TRUE OFF-GRID PROPERTY, not a hotel or traditional vacation rental. There is NO traditional electricity, WiFi, standard electrical outlets or indoor plumbing. Cellphone service is available. Heating and cooling are very limited, and desert temperatures can change significantly between day and night.

Your private cabin provides basic indoor shelter with a loft-style sleeping area.

BATHROOM & SHOWER
A portable toilet and basic outdoor shower stall with portable water are provided. There is no traditional indoor bathroom.

WHAT TO BRING
Guests should arrive prepared and bring their own drinking water, food, bedding or blankets as needed, towels, toiletries, flashlights, charged power banks, weather-appropriate clothing and other personal comfort supplies.

SELF CHECK-IN
Registered guests receive gate/access information and current arrival instructions after booking. The property is designed for independent self check-in.

THE EXPERIENCE
Enjoy beautiful sunsets, stargazing, nature, quiet conversation and peaceful desert surroundings. There are no organized activities or traditional hospitality services included. The simplicity is part of the experience.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Only registered guests may enter the property. Guests must remove personal belongings and trash and leave the cabin and surrounding area clean and orderly.

SUPPORT
Guests are primarily self-sufficient. A property manager is located only minutes away for genuine property emergencies. Additional property instructions are available through our assisted guest information system.

This is a quiet property, not a party location. Group gatherings must be arranged separately. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and all smoking materials must be properly disposed of.
