Charming new 1BR guest suite tucked in the Los Gatos hills, where fresh air, birdsong, and forest views create a peaceful retreat. Just 15 mins to downtown Los Gatos and 30 mins to the Santa Cruz coast, you’ll enjoy the best of mountains and sea. Expect to see plenty of deer, squirrels, birds, bugs and the quiet beauty of nature. Tranquil and inviting, with our home located directly above. Everything you need for a serene stay in the trees, yet minutes to the Silicon Valley.

This guest suite was finished in early 2022, everything is brand new. The space is best suited for individuals or couples. Accommodations include a combined living room / kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A separate bedroom sleeping area with full closet and washer/dryer. Full bathroom with shower. There is dedicated parking and a private entrance. While attached to the main home it's completely separate, there is no interior access just one exterior door for your private entry.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

My wife and I stayed here for a month. It was perfect for our needs and had everything we required. Aubrie (the host) was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We loved our daily walk down the idyllic tree-lined (and very sparsely trafficked) road. We also loved the proximity to numerous amazing hiking trails and Santa Cruz (30min drive). You sacrifice a little on proximity to / ease of getting into "downtown" Los Gatos (10 min on windy roads each way), but it's worth it for the beauty of the location. We would definitely stay here again.
