After seeking an early check-in, we were told our room would not be available until 3pm and that the hotel was fully booked so no other room was available. We waited onsite for 3 hours to get into our room. At 3:30, mgmt came to us and told us that the room had a water leak from the night before and that carpets were too wet to allow us to move in. They told us to find other accommodations. They waited 4 hours to tell us of an issue that we should have been told immediately. Inept is the only word I can use. They said that we would be reimbursed for our prepaid room. No compensation for their ineptness

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location. However, our stay ended up being a bit rough because we barely got any sleep. Our room was right next to the lobby’s connecting door, so every time someone went in or out, it was loud and made the bed and window next to it shake. On top of that, the guests above us were arguing and stomping around most of the night. I know that part isn’t the hotel’s fault, but with both things combined, it made it really hard to rest. Otherwise, the property itself was well maintained and the staff were friendly. Would come back.

Great staff, great parking, nice on outside. Stale room, ac was loud (wall unit). In the middle of my shower lost water pressure twice. People were great but it’s a 2/3 at best. Think a place to sleep not comfy. Hotel served it’s purpose, would stay somewhere else next time 😊
