Theres getting what you paid for and then theres this. Had to call 3 times for an answer to make sure Id have a room to check into after midnight. My non-smoking room had an ash tray in it. The walls were stained were something, the cover had several burns holes and room 224 has seen some ish. I wasnt expecting the Ritz but I wasnt able to sleep becauae the smells.

I thought i was booking foe the night, but via expedia, if you book after normal checkin, expedia site automatically sets the checkin date for the next day. Expedia staff contact the site staff to cancel but they said they couldnt at that time, and would do it next day. I was assired by site staff Norman & even the morning staff, but they lied and didnt cancel before myaccount was charged. I have tried to contact them but their 'systems are down' so conveniently on their part. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DISHONEST SERVICE FROM THE STAFF!!!
