One wall was covered in drips from an unknown white substance. Window shade had dirt in it. Nothing was wrong with the beds though. Walls were paper thin, to the point where you could hear paper being crumpled on the other side. Which I wouldn’t have minded of it weren’t for the inconsiderate next door neighbors who decided it would be appropriate to use outdoor voices for indoor activities. Area was sketchy as well.

Have stayed here dozens of times in the past and it was always a good stay. This time not so much. There was no fridge, toilet paper or towels in the room. Breakfast items not available. Roaches on the coffee area. Neighbors fighting. It was just a horrible experience.

We stayed for 3 nights in Nov. 2025. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had to change rooms a couple times, but the stay was okay after that, except for the only ice machine being out of order. Nice that Costco is just up the street! The breakfast was good/as expected. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

Worse experience ever! When we got to our room, we noticed the blinds were broken and could not go down. I immediately asked for a room change but was told they were booked. It was pretty late at night and we were tired. I asked for a solution and was given a bed sheet and some thumb tacks. The whole night I could not sleep because there was so much light shining in from the street lights. The next morning we found a live cockroach crawling around. To add, we felt unsafe because there were so many homeless roaming around and the room is not securely made, I can hear everything out of my door and was also paranoid and annoyed.
