My family and I checked in to the hotel on October 17th around 4:00. Your front staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. We left for dinner around 5:00 and returned at 9:00. That is when we noticed how thin the walls are at the hotel. Our neighbors were very loud, we could hear their conversations like they were in our room. They then turned on the television that was even louder. My husband and I could not sleep. I called the front desk to see if we could be moved to another room but unfortunately there was nothing available. Then to make matters worse there was a lady on our floor near the elevator breathing heavily and yelling that her table was missing? After an exhausting day and sitting in traffic to get to the hotel we knew at this point we knew we were not going to get any sleep so decided to leave.
We were disappointed to have to leave under these circumstances and to make matters worse we were charged $118 when I already prepaid on Hotels.com? I wasn't given a receipt or breakdown of what the charges were for.
I emailed Alejandra (manager) on the 18th with no response. I called on Monday the 19th. Spoke to Maria who said she will speak to Alejandra and call me back. Maria called back with in an hour and said Alejandra would get back to me that day. I have not heard anything since then.
