Motel was chosen due to its short distance from where my husband was having surgery. After spending all day and evening at the hospital, I checked in and it really was a nice room in appearance but smelled heavily of Fabuloso. Not a fan of the product as its more of an odor masking agent than a cleaner. It appeared to be clean but upon further inspection I noticed old urine spots on the lid of the toilet seat and on the porcelain behind the lid. Hair in tub and dried up toothpaste in sink. The ice container and tray had not been cleaned in a long time as they were dusty and had dead ants on them. Beds seemed clean but seeing how housekeeping cut corners, I'm not sure now. Later I brought my husband back from the hospital and we were able to get a good nights sleep. I really should have brought the issues up to staff but was too exhausted to deal with it. Even at a low price point things should be clean.
