Parking was easy. More rooms than parking. Staff seemed ok the only interaction with staff was through a window. Street is very loud, sirens to motorcycles to hot rodders all day and night. Room was nice but TV had to be setup. It was not connected to cable. Took awhile to setup.

All of the above. Very good staff and clean room. AJ was very helpful. What really mattered is that the bath tub worked well and the water was hot. Also the heater heated the room. Two very important things. They are not scrimping and gaslighting like other hotels. We look forward to two stays in May 2026. We loved our room! The king size bed was so so comfy.

Not great...barely servicable. I have stayed at this spot several times over the years but this year was a bummer. The room smelled like mold...and the bottom of my childs foot was so dirty, had to wash them multiple times and final convinced them to where socks. The bathroom had that old wet smell and thw curtians were dusty and stained. My man, who is acostomed to less than luxury, was grossed out. This is particularly odd. I think it was my last stay at this spot, which is unfortunate...many memories tied there.

The staff was friendly, room was clean, comfy beds, shower was the best! Place was quiet as well. The only drawback was that we were on the first floor and you could hear the people above walking around, but it wasn’t too bad.

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were clean, I would go again since it is close to my family, but during the night it was rowdy and by that, I mean I could not sleep because the traffic on Whittier Blvd and people arguing inside of the hotel so there was some times I felt unsafe.
