We stayed in a room that had a direct view of the pier and beach. We stayed in the Malibu suite that was beautiful and spacious. Staff was exceptional and responsive. Best perk. Free coffee delivered in the morning. *Chefs kiss* we will be back

The room was great, nice and clean and comfortable. The upstairs bar/restaurant was very cozy n nice. Only problem was the weather. It was very cold on our night but that’s not the hotel‘s fault. Just happened to be extra cold. The parking situation is very tight, but I guess there’s nothing they can do about that with limited space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but was kind of cold when we got it probably cause it was so cold in the morning otherwise we had a wonderful day. Would stay there again.

No beach view. Porch completely covered by bushes and vines. Nothing to see. Right next to parking lot. Very noisey since next to highway. Service horroble. At the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Never provided a napkin. Had to request a fork or spoon. Had to get my own menu each time. Espresso machine was broken. Coffee maker had to warm up....not sure how that.is a thing. Basically ignored my restaurant staff. Food was terrific though. Great head chef. Overall very disappointing.
