Staff were great. I noticed that portion of Halibut & the vegetables was smaller than previously, in the Chowder Room. The Grey Ghost cocktail also appeared to a smaller measure as well. Alex in the Chowder Bar was great, served decent measures.

upon checkin we were told that it would be fee for our pet dog to stay. When we booked thru Expedia nothing was mentioned about a fee. Please note other hotels on Expedia did state a charge for pets. This did not. I don't see how the Queen Mary is Pet friendly as they have NO accommodations or amaneties for pets.

The room was great! Didn't know it was actually haunted until I did the paranormal tour but that fact made it even better. Food was great. Staff was excellent. This was my 5th trip and I always have a great time. Dark Harbor is awesome!

Horrible customer service. I used to come here years ago and the service was amazing. But now all they care about is how much money they can take from you without trying to give anything back. It used to be an experience going here now it just feels like a cash grab with a low feeling of appreciation of the guests who keep this place in business.
