LAAC was hands down the best place we stayed while on our trip and it was all down to the amazing staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help us and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were also amazing and the use of the basketball court, swimming pool and spa were a huge highlight for us. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to LA.

The bathroom are outdated and need a major refresh. However, the access to the huge gym, the great fitness classes and the colleagues who work there, totally make up for it. Especially Abe at the front desk and Mario in housekeeping. I will be back in a few months.
