I stayed here for one night and was shocked to wake up and find the pillow I had been sleeping on covered in mold. Super disgusting and honestly concerning since I had my face on it all night. My skin even felt itchy afterward. I went to the front desk in the morning and was told to send an email so the manager could follow up. I did that, but days went by with no reply. I even called, and each time I was told the manager wasn’t around. They promised a call back the next day, but that never happened either. Honestly, this was really disappointing. The cleanliness was terrible, and the customer service was just as bad.

I traveled here with my husband and two year old and we truly loved the property. It was so trendy and aesthetic as well as family friendly. The pool was a huge hit with skyline views and delicious dining and coffee options right on property. Being in the middle of the city it was decently loud at night facing Wilshire but my two year old was still able to sleep through the traffic noise. Would come back for sure.

The staff was friendly and the amenities were quality.. Morning coffee around the pool was relaxing and we were able to walk to a fabulous new restaurants. View from my room of Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood Sign was spectacular!

Flew in for a short stay to attend a concert nearby and this hotel was very conveniently located with a lot of dining and shopping amenities nearby. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I had gotten in too early to check in, but the receptionist was very kind and generous and allowed me to check in early. I would return.

Love this hotel but it is time for a refresh. The carpet over ten years old is dirty . The food is overpriced and too complicated. The same wierd objets d'art and no phone in the room and the plumbing is always clogged in sink and bath . They need to rethink all that and refresh the menue. Would be great to see the rooms redecorated .

A hotel that oozes cool

Possibly the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in, the LINE was perfect for our last night in LA. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in and valet were smooth, and the room (and pool) was absolutely beautiful. For similar comparison, I instantly preferred the vibe over Ace Hotel. We were also given 2x free drink tokens from the bar :) The $150 nightly deposit fee and $60 valet is a bit steep, but we’d prepared for this in advance. Just a warning: there’s also a $30 (plus tax) amenity fee.
