What an absolute gem in Venice! We love The Kinney - rooms are clean and spacious, great facilities to suit families or couples, friendly team who always greet you with a smile, and awesome location if you want more of a ‘local’ feeling neighborhood. Lovely clean large room, well equipped but could do with some sound insulation on the window as road noise at night is quite loud. Pool area really well maintained & clean. Would recommend to anyone as long as you drive or don’t mind a walk to the beach
