The only positive is the convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. However, the service was very disappointing. At check-in, staff refused to let me check in due to a minor name issue, and the interaction felt unfriendly and unhelpful. Thankfully, the booking company quickly resolved it. Parking was also a problem. Even after paying $37 per night for 3 nights, there were no spaces available, while non-paying cars were parked in the lot. This happened more than once, and other guests faced the same issue. Overall, while the location is good, the service and management need significant improvement.

My construction workers stayed there and they had a bad experience with the staff there. Also, we tried to cancel one of the rooms as one of the guys got injured at the jobsite and they wouldn't refund the money. They didn't considered anything and just went with a NO cancellation. Never again will we book this place.

Don’t believe what you see.

Don’t believe what you see.. the check-in was quick. But other then that a terrible time just getting to the room the AC did not work. It was hot! Called front staff just to take a look and never called back or seemed to do anything. The noise was loud besides the outside there were a few people outside till 3am blasted music and the room was dirty came back home with bed bug bites.. the bed indeed was NOT soft btw.

The room was nice and Clean. The staff the first receptionist was irritated and mad for some reason, got upset because I didn’t want to seat down. I needed to use the bathroom I had to check in first in order to do that. Since they didn’t have one available, the other reason I didn’t know what was the items that were charging me stay fees I asked what was that and she got upset, I really didn’t know the guy receptionist show a list which includes wi-fi, netflix ,access to the pool and parking some other things. I say thank you
