Do not stay here. Whole property has mold smell. We checked in and instantly noticed it. I complained but no manager was on the property so no resolution. I booked through Expedia so contacted them, no resolution there either. Hotel staff said to contact Expedia and Expedia said to talk to hotel. I end up leaving was not going put my family where I’m unable to breathe and get sick. Horrible experience. Don’t stay

Rooms are small, and poorly cleaned. Dead insects can be found anywhere the room isn't regularly cleaned. The bathroom tile was done by somebody without any clue, grout was missing and tiles didn't align well. Walking across the floor you can feel the floor going up and down, with soft and hard areas underfoot. It was almost laughable. The door, even when closed didn't fit in the frame, you can see right through the edges of the door. What a joke. And then they added yet another new fee, a security parking fee. Not cool. And not included in my Orbitz charge list . The room had one chair, it was hard as a rock, sitting down was a startling experience. This place is truly a 1 star hotel.

My rating would have been a five had it not been for the smoke detector and some other server-internet dial up sound beeping all night. Traveling with young children that can’t get good sleep due to the beeping sounds made it a horrible two nights. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Sink faucet had a leak but really no big deal. Let the front desk know but issue was not resolved.
