Disliked: Cleanliness
Was told the same thing a previous reviewer mentioned. I had a reservation and was trying to contact the property manager about how to get access to the room. Valeria told us she "sent an email" about a week before (never sent one) and that there was an "emergency" in the building and they couldnt accomodate us at the last minute. However the money was still taken, and the listing was still up during the so called "emergency". This place is a scam.

Disliked: Cleanliness
I was not informed that they were unable to host me for my stay until 10 after I was supposed to check-in. I found out because I reached out for help checking in after receiving zero check in instructions. Imagine driving almost 12 hrs from New Mexico and standing at the wrong location while find out you have no place to stay. Allegedly, there was a message that didn’t go through” a week before to let me know. That does not, however, explain why my stay was not cancelled VRBO not being aware my stay was cancelled until *I* called from the Hotel Indigo’s lobby (9/10 recommend).
