Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, walkable location, and very clean which is the criteria I care about. They offer wonderful services like free bike rentals or a Tesla transportation system within a certain radius ( didn’t utilize since we had our car). I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the LA area.

Everything about this experience and stay was immaculate - clean room, friendly staff, anticipatory care - and I am so sad I forgot her name but she was a concierge and gave me a wake up call because I had a 530 AM taxi so she wanted to ensure I was all set for my trip and when the driver picked me up she told him to take good care of me. Friendly staff, clean room, great location. Free coffee/tea available with oat milk as an option. Water in the lobby as well as bottle fill fountains on our floor. Refrigerator in the room. They will accept food deliveries at the concierge. These are the little things that made our stay easier than other places we have stayed at in the past.
