I was disappointed with the whole thing. Noisy bathroom pipes all day and all night, King mattress on a queen base, Kettle didn't work, no sleeping pillows, we were told to sleep om the dress pillows.. Maybe I'm being picky.. but surely there is a difference between a sleeping pillow with pillowcases that match the fitted sheet and the 10 inch thick dress pillow that matches the quilt.. It felt like they are just starting out and surely it will get better with time..
