This was a great hotel with a fantastic view, I loved seeing the airplanes coming in and the SoFi Stadium.

This hotel was great. We were there for a concert at Kia Forum. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was convenient. Our key got accidentally deactivated once during our 2 night stay but that's it. The room was nice and updated, very clean as well. They have lots of vending machines on all floors. We had no issues here and would stay again if we were ever in the area.

It’s TERRIBLE. My wife and I were truly disrespected and thrown out 15 minutes after check-in under the allegation of smoking in the room, even though the room already smelled terrible of cigarettes. It was definitely a setup. The price is extremely high for the amenities the hotel offers. AVOID THIS TRAP!!

We had a reservation so our employee could work at night on the day before and check-in before 3pm. That's the main reason we've bokked one day prior so he could rest as soon as he finished the work at the airport terminal. To our surprise when he got to the hotel, he was informed that the booking has been canceled for now show! (Detail: he had a reservation for 2 days. And they were offering new check-in after 3pm. This is very clear that the hotel sold his room to another guest. When called customer service at Exoedia and the attendant caĺed rhe hotel, staff at front desk had the caoacity to lie saying that our employee wasn't there anymore. I called our employee and asked for photos of the hotel at that specific time.

Had a great experience staying here for a festival this past weekend. Rooms were really clean and very spacious. Parking got a little packed but we were able to park fairly quickly. One overnight guard was extremely rude and spoke to us like we were children but other than that staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
