Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Spanish style villa located in the pristine Hollywood Hills!

This home is a 100-year-old, fully refurbished, original Hollywood land home. There are many movie stars and award-winning film makers lived here. This home is a genuine piece of Hollywood history and was originally the home of General Sherman Hazeltine, for whom Sherman Oaks, Sherman Wat, etc and Hazeltine Ave were named for!

Also, the view on a clear day is all the way to the ocean!

Enjoy all of the attractions of Hollywood and the surrounding neighborhoods of Los Feliz, Silverlake, and West Hollywood. Ideal place for those who love to hike!

Whether you're in town for vacation or business, this home is definitely perfect for you! This home offers amazing views and sets the mood of peace and tranquility as you relax in the dining and living area.

Cozy up in the living area and watch movies on the 61" TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and has everything you need for those nights you want to stay in and cook.

After a long LA adventure, make your way to our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury beddings. The master bedroom features a comfortable California king-sized bed and has French-style doors that take you to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a door that leads to the patio. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

This home has a backyard overlooking amazing views and perfect place where you can gather around for an evening bbq. There are pack n' play, books, and games to enjoy while staying at the house. There is also a dedicated workspace that makes it easy for those who are working from home!

An ensuite washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 300 Mbps are all provided during your stay!

Unable to access upon check in

I was unable to access the property with the check in instructions given - the lockbox code did not work. I drove around for hours after a red eye and arrived around 2am and was unable to check in. I ended up sleeping in the car that night and killing time by driving around for hours in the middle of the night. I had no bathroom. I was never able to reach the owners, only the assistant. It took almost a week to get a refund for that night. Their response was not prompt or proactive in any way. Poor customer service and hospitality that tainted my vacation.

Wonderful experience!! The house was decorated eclectically, the views were amazing, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions/needs and truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home! Gorgeous views! Old time character! Super comfy beds! Lots of rules but we understand. No Hot Water throughout stay. Between 3-4 stars due to that. Cold showers are not fun. Michael the person I corresponded with was quick to reply. He did not offer any compensation back. Was hoping he would. Definitely would stay again with hot water fixed!
