Spacious luxury home in Sherman Oaks

Spacious 2600+ square foot 4 bedroom, 4 bath home that sleeps 10 - 14 people. If interested in shorter than 30 night stay, please contact me, so that I may direct you to one of our other beautiful properties. This is a luxury home centrally located near tourist attractions. The house is nicely decorated and has hardwood floors throughout. It has 4 large bedrooms that sleep 8. It has 4 stone tiled bathrooms, in addition to a den and a bonus room that can sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with top of the line major and counter top appliances, along with beautiful granite counter tops. It has all you need to cook up a special family meal. The house is fully furnished with all the comforts a large family home can offer......the living room has a nice comfy sectional and 2 large recliners, the cozy den has comfy sofas with a large 50" TV and a bar height table with chairs for added seating and card playing and the beds have quality mattresses for a good nights sleep. There is a nice courtyard with an outdoor dining table and there is a barbecue grill and additional sitting in the yard. Plenty of room to enjoy an outdoor grill with the family. There is also a ping pong table and other outdoor games. The house is located close to freeways and a 5 minutes drive to stores and restaurants on the Boulevard. The Studios and Hollywood are just a few miles away. The perfect vacation getaway family home. For stays less than 30 days, please contact me as I have other lovely homes in the area.

The property manager was awesome , we had to be at a wedding rehearsal and they he accommodated us.

If we had any concerns, they assisted and addressed any issues. Would stay there again.

Home away from home

The home was spacious and inviting. All th comforts of home with much space to allow private time to enjoy the patio and beautiful weather. My only disappointment was the difficulty navigating the TV's. Luckily we were busy most days but it could be an issue in the evenings or families with younger children Perfect for our stay for a family wedding and a few days of exploring LA.Photographs do not do the property justice. Breakfast at home was easy on terrific appliances .Multiple bathrooms a big plus. Great place for a larger family stay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great choice for a short stay!

This house was perfect for our week long stay. The house is in great condition. Brenda was exceptionally responsive. The kitchen was beautifully equipped. We were able to prepare all of our meals. Nice area. We were able to walk to a nearby trail and nearby restaurants. We look forward to returning!

We had a very good stay at this property

The house is large and clean and has as a good yard and good parking . The owner was friendly and very responsive on the few questions we had. The only thing we would put in the suggestion box is instructions should be left in the house for the TV (as with many TV systems it is not intuitive). We would stay here again.

Comfortable home for family gathering.

We had seven guests in this Sherman Oaks home between Christmas and New Years. The master bedroom is quite large with a comfortable bed. Lots of space for the family to gather. The kitchen is well appointed. Would stay in this home again.

Ideal Property

House was immaculate, roomy, and located in an ideal area for my family since the son we were visiting was exactly a 10 minute walk away. We spend Thanksgiving there and everyone was able to do exactly what they wanted to do. Dominoes in the dining area, TV in the living area, conversations in a sitting area, and rooms to go hide if you just needed to rest. The Owner is responsive and gracious. When my daughter got sick and we needed a little assistance she did not hesitate to support. If you want to be in Sherman Oaks and you have a large party. Do not think twice. Stay at this lovely home with this gracious Owner.

Beautiful and inviting home. Wonderful for a multi-generation family stay. Lots of room for all.

We had a lovely stay in this home. Very convenient location. The home is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need to feel at home. Great outdoor area with a grill to enjoy the SoCal weather. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, tools and items needed to prepare great meals at home and there are a number of great restaurants near by. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this home to everyone.
