Surrounded by tropical landscaping, this approximately 900 sq ft retreat features two bedrooms (one king, one queen), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple outdoor areas for relaxing or dining. The bright living area includes a distinctive fireplace, original local artwork, and a pullout sofa with a queen-size mattress.

The primary bedroom offers comfort and natural light, while the second bedroom opens directly to the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

High-speed internet, reserved off-street parking—with a glimpse of the Hollywood Sign from the driveway—and thoughtful details throughout make it ideal for couples, families, or professionals seeking privacy and a calm, inspiring atmosphere.

Make sure to turn around when you pull into the driveway to see the Hollywood sign - what a breathtaking way to start your vacation. This location can't be beat! Couple that with Frances amazing communication, amenities galore and super comfy beds and you have the perfect retreat. I highly recommend this serene house in the Hollywood Hills. As a former resident of the area, this is the perfect spot for me to stay when I return to visit friends. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. It’s extremely private and safe. The most appealing aspect is that it’s within walking distance to Runyon Canyon hiking.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The property is a beautiful, stylish, clean, safe, and comfortable haven in the Hollywood hills. I hope to be back and would recommend it to family and friends. Walking distance (15min) from Runyon Canyon trailhead. The hostess is exceptional as well! One of the highlights during the stay for me was watching hummingbirds in the garden.
