We always book Residence Inn whenever visiting family. It’s our “go to” place. However, the negative thing is we can’t check in early nor is an inside/courtyard room able to be reserved. I make my reservations months in advance & always request a quiet, courtyard room bcz I’m a light sleeper. One stay I sat in the lobby for four hours in order to get a courtyard room once a previous guest checked out. There has 2 be some way 2 honor Marriott Reward member's requests….

The hotel staff at the front desk of the Residence Inn were the worst I’ve ever come across. Zero friendliness, did not properly check us in, had multiple issues. Would never stay here again based on this horrible experience. It was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had period!
