As a frequent traveler, and hotel guest, this is easily one of the best places I have stayed for the price point and amenities!! It was brand new, quite rooms, and the staff was beyond accommodating and friendly! The room it self was better equipped then some air bnbs I have stayed at! I will 100% be a repeat guest here!

The property had no maintenance staff on a Saturday night. The toilet in our room broke. After calling, they dropped off a plunger and left. I was unable to clear the toilet until morning. When I told the staff at check out, they said thank you. Like no apology, no rebate for literally not having a toilet. Was told I paid third party so nothing was done.

I would absolutely return

The hotel, staff and grounds were excellent. The only issue I had was with the pull out couch mattress, super thin and not comfy. Otherwise, everything was spectacular. I will return again, but this time i will get a room with 2 beds rather than the sleeper couch. The grounds and room were clean and beautiful. The room was excellent, full size fridge and plenty of space for my son and I. The free breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendee Luis was the perfect host, very attentive and very kind and helpful.

For the price, I expected more

The staff was very friendly and the suite was a good size. But the room itself was not what I expected. The bathrooms have a very small/short toilet, and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. In our room the toilet paper holder was broken, probably from someone using it to get up from the toilet. There was a chunk of the shower missing. On more than 1 occasion, the ac would not work properly and it would get really warm in the room. We had it set on 69 and it said the room temp was at 73. Housekeeping “refreshes” your room every other day. They said we could call and request more towels, which we did. And they said housekeeping would bring them up to us but they never did. We frequently had to go down to the front desk and get more towels. The toilet paper is very thin. And we ended up running out of body wash in the shower, and housekeeping did not replace it. So we had to go get more from the front desk. We could hear people on the stairs all hours of the night.

The hotel offered a free breakfast with variety. Parking is also free. The rooms included a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer. Staff was friendly and helpful Area outside of the hotel can be sketchy. We saw someone living in their car with a big barking dog.
