Ants in the room, promptly addressed by the staff. Probably killed them with a spray, but didn't vacuum them up. So a few dead ants in the walls, floor and bed. New construction and fairly clean. Breakfast was average - the usual fare of toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage, etc. No different from breakfast at basic hotels. Pool not heavily used in winter. Staff seemed to not heat it unless asked. Parking wasn't bad when we stayed. Can get crowded. Several restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores close by. Upscale mall 15 minutes away. Area can get windy.

Room super clean and spacious. Staff was phenomenal! Man that helped at breakfast (didn’t catch his name) super friendly and helped me find dining places. Matthew at the front desk went the extra mile to help us in a pinch and Janis at the front desk was very friendly remembering my name and greeting me by my first name each time she helped. Never had that kind of service. Really all the staff were great.

The staff was friendly, efficient and informative. The lobby had plenty of seating and there was plenty of food and dessert options right outside the hotel. The nearest Starbucks felt like it was 20 feet away from the hotel. The room was in excellent condition with every major amenities in functioning condition
