The check in staff was great. The room was the problem. The shower had a bunch of hair in it and the tv did not work. I traveled with children and once I unpacked and got everything settled I realized the tv would only play for 2 minutes before is loses connection. You change the channel and it just does the same thing . I even tried to put on a movie from their on demand playlist and the same thing happened. I was exhausted and to tired and I know all they were gonna do is offer another room but when traveling with children it’s a task to repack everything up and relocate to another rooom.. so I pulled out my laptop and made it work so that the children could watch a movie until bedtime. I spoke to the morning staff and let them know about the issues and I was told that the manager would contact me.. it’s been over a week and no one has reached out. I’ve called and got the run around and still haven’t spoke to the manager. The way they are handling this situation is very disappointing being that I always stay at this location when in town.. I will not be returning!
