Arrived late, checked in through bulletproof glass as if we were at a pawn shop. Dated rooms & dirty halls. Will never make that mistake again.

Our original room was given away and we were given a room with super steep stairs. The floor in our room was super dirty. There were bugs in the tub and ants on the bed . The gate to the pool did not work. The pool chairs were all tossed together in a pile . The breakfast door was locked and you could only enter if an employee let you in . The cooler case in there was never filled. The good part is all staff were very helpful

Check in process was okay. Get into the room, very dusty, floor haven’t been swept or mopped, bathroom wasn’t very clean and haven’t been swept or mopped either. Had to put chair up to door cause it was not secure enough. The entire stay no one came to room to clean or bring clean towels. Pool and hot tub didn’t look clean enough to even enjoy it. And there was no continental breakfast on Sunday all I seen was waffles. I want stay there again!!!!

The room was not clean, towels had holes, bathroom was so small you had to lean into the bathtub to shut the door and squeeze beside the toilet to use the sink. The only way to open the door partway was to step into the bathroom first.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful, otherwise this hotel was rough. Room was dirty, sheets had stains (blood?), the door had a 2 inch gap to the floor where goodness knows what could crawl in in the night, doors open to the outside.

Short stay.

Pasadena was a hot couple days outdoors but indoors was a cool and comforting stay. The young lady in the lobby who checked me in was quick and nice. I'll be back*
