Quiet, Safe, Spacious, Centrally Located, SUPER CLEAN AND WELL-CARED PLACE

Beautiful, safe and super quiet two-bed rooms, in the horse country of Old Agoura Hills of California on a 1/2 acre lot less than 25 minutes to the beach, 35 miles from LAX, yet close to all the major hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops, and banks, etc.

Super clean, all hardwood floors, premium blackout curtains for a good night rest! Walking distance to a horse trail park and breath taking view to a hiking/biking/horse riding trailhead.

This place is idea for one to two people for short or mid terms of stay; It can sleep up to four people with one queen size and two bunk beds in two rooms, however, it will be cozy...so a few nights stay is fine with up to 4 people. The comfort, space and the price is a lot better than a hotel. Please feel free to reach out to me to ask any questions before your booking.

Inaccurate description- owner lives at the property.

Terrible and disappointing experience. Listing did not mention that you are paying for a studio space with a house attached that the owner and her husband are living in and will be there the entire stay. The outdoor space is an unfinished project done in a haphazard fashion. Overall, it is a SUPER Awkward setup.
