The property us in a convenient area that is also close to LAX. You can walk to 7-eleven, Panda Express, dollar tree and other restaurants very easily. The room was comfortable but the bathroom and carpeting needs updating. There is no reason to have mold under the silicone sealant around the tub and shower. There is no vent in the bathroom so that is why it is so prone to mold since there is nowhere for the moisture to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was blood on the door in the bathroom. The floors haven't been cleaned in a long time as our socks were black from the floor. The bedding had little black things on it which made you itch. The hotel did not offer a refund at all. Not even a partial, which would have been courteous.

I’m disabled and I was extremely satisfied with the accessibility features. The room was spacious, and I could move around in my walker easily. The shower had a seat and hand spray and the water was ideal temperature. The bed, fridge, and microwave were just what I needed. The front desk and staff were extremely helpful Quality Inn is five star for me.

All the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but yummy. My only complaint is that my bathroom door was difficult to open and shut, but it was managable. The elevators were also more creaky than I'd like them to be, but that's my opinion. Most if not all the doors entering the property needed a keycard to enter, making me feel very secure.
