Our room was dirty, candy wrappers on the floor, comforter on bed was dirty, we requested a different room, that other room was cleaner, however at night time there was a homeless sleeping on the stairs at the property, we had to call front desk to let them know, the front desk lady came to kick him out, that made us feel unsafe, area is not good. At midnight some people were really loud and woke us up. Breakfast menu extremely limited, there was hardly anything but coffee, juice, waffles Property is ran down Overall very disappointed, I would not stay here again!

Half way between the airport and the harbor,however their shuttle is not free and did not accommodate all the guests who needed to use it. Families would save money by using uber

We loved this hotel! The staff was awesome, the room was comfortable and clean, food options just through the parking lot, and the shuttle to the cruise terminal was much cheaper than an Uber. The breakfast was varied, and tasty. We will be staying there before our next cruise!
