I stayed here for 2 nights for a cruise out Long Beach and some LA sightseeing, it’s a decent place overall. I like the breakfast, there were several options. The room was decent size and clean. The cons are that there are no elevators, so if you have a room on the second floor (like I did) be prepared to carry your luggage. The parking is also limited, it’s like they have more rooms than parking spots. The pool is really small. Overall it was a decent stay.

In major areas it was clean, but where the pipes under the sink were at, there were con webs, there is rust on the closet doors. In overall, it served it's purpose, somewhere to stay & have a fulfilling breakfast. Also, the eating area was small, it got full & people were arguing about others taking too long using the waffle maker. There was only one available. Maybe it was full because it was a holiday weekend, but there's little space for people to sit.

Disappointing but not the worse.

Only booked the hotel because it had shuttle (that costs extra) to cruise port, we were not informed until we had 12 hours to go we would need to find our own ride. I rarely get breakfast at the free spot, but I do get coffee and look around. This was an extra kind of joke. They should drop the pretense and just tell people to go to McDonald's for breakfast. One of the worse I have seen and I travel a lot. I also do tech support for other Comfort and Quality inns, I cannot believe this hits their corporate standards. Staff was nice enough but did not inform us before coming we would the only reason we were staying (shuttle) was not even available and were not the least, not even a little sympathetic to the issue. I feel at least a discount should have been offered, but nothing but shrugs. Pizza place next door was the bomb, so I would stay again.

We stayed to be close to the college for move in day. Hard to sleep as location and room location near busy road. For the price you get what you pay for so I can’t complain as I liked the price. They do need updates. It was nice having free breakfast and parking. Questioned safety of my car as area is a bit run down. All went okay though.
