Great location, good price/value. That said, parking is difficult and complicated and all restrictions not fully explained to guests. Owner was helpful trying to save us a space, but we still had a difficult time parking. Other aspects of rental were very good. Large space with high ceilings and all expected amenities.

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was very welcoming and we had no issues. The place was clean and comfortable. This definitely wasn't our first time staying in the Los Angeles area and one of our concerns is always parking. I'm happy to say that wasn't a problem here and was usually a shorter walk than parking at a hotel in Las Vegas. I travel a lot and I can honestly say this little place was great for us and the price was also great.
