Family Vacation

The VRBO was clean and provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was in a nice central location for our needs. We visited Universal Studios and Santa Monica Pier while we were there.

Nice place in Lake Balboa (not Glendale)

The kitchen chairs need to be replaced but otherwise it’s a great place! Easy access to public transportation and highways. Quiet.

Amazing Location

This was such a great stay, the owner was very responsive. this is perfect for a couples getaway since it's so quaint. it was relatively clean, and comes with appliances. The only thing is that it was easy to drive past when we first arrived and it seems to be connected to other buildings. There was only enough parking for our one car during the time we stayed.

My experience

Damani was a wonderful host, accommodating, knowledgeable about various places to visit, and pleasant to converse with. Only downside was seem like the floors were not recently swept and mopped, as saw other people’s hair and animal hair on the floor. Believe this is a minor correction for future guests.

Great communication and prompt service.

Close enough to Universal Studios without paying the crazy high prices. Big enough for my of 4. Master bed was super comfy.

Loved my stay!!

This rental worked out amazing for me and my pup. First Damani the host is wonderful. He’s responsive, cheerful and warm. Everything is self contained in this little cottage so you can cook and wash clothing to your hearts desire, enjoy free Netflix and you have you’re own off street parking spot in front of your private little yard. It’s clean and modern and has enough privacy to feel good. I did end up mopping the floor, cleaning the bathroom and washing the shower curtains and bedding. Luckily all the cleaning products are there and it’s new and modern so really easy to clean. I was also staying longer so I made it home. The location is perfect if you need to be in this area, are familiar with LA, and need a peaceful place to work. Very quiet. A floor mirror would be a game changer (people always forget to add those). Add a small cooking pot and a lamp in the living room and you’ve nailed it. The mattress could/ should be upgraded. Overall loved my stay and will absolute book again.
