Panoramic Ocean View Luxury House in Downtown Manhattan Beach!

The top floor features an open layout living room and kitchen with stunning panoramic white water ocean views. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. In the middle of the kitchen is a large island with stove and 3 bar stools perfect for entertaining. The dining table seats 6 comfortably while living area has a large sectional couch facing a 60" flat screen TV and fireplace. Attached to the top floor is a balcony with propane fire pit and seating for four as well as a Weber grill.

The middle floor features a Master Bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom with office. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, attached balcony with a relaxing swinging chair, walk in closet, Jacuzzi Tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a twin daybed with trundle twin. For your convenience there is a desk with 32" Monitor/Smart TV and multi function Laser Printer. There is also an attached bathroom with tub/shower.

The bottom floor features the 3rd bedroom with a queen and full beds and attached bathroom with tub/shower. Adjacent to the bedroom is the garage with room for 1 car. There is also an additional parking spot in the driveway.

Excellent house in superb location

We stayed at the house for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The location relative to all the great restaurants/dessert places/ grocery stores in Manhattan Beach is amazing. Plus the beach is only 3 blocks away and you walk to and from it very easily. The pictures of the house don’t capture the serenity of the ocean waves and the extensive view of the ocean from the top level of the house. The noise at night is nonexistent because you are enough away from the busy sections of the town. Plus the house manager was on top of the reservation from the start and checked up on us via text during our stay too. All around a truly great stay and I highly recommend it. We will try to make it back next year.
