Check in staff was helpful. Hotel had a good vibe. Only complaint is there was some hair in the bathroom sink and a bottle cap on the bathroom floor which makes me think they did not do a good job cleaning.

Awesome stay. Sans the parking. My truck wouldn’t fit in the structure and no valet so I had to move it a few times a day to not get towed. The security guy helped me but it was still a huge pain.

The hotel looks cute and the location is perfect, BUT there were several issues. The entrance only has stairs, so you’ll need to carry your luggage yourself. The elevator is very old and feels like you could get stuck inside. In the room, the sofa had strands of hair on it, so it clearly wansn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom flooded after taking a shower, and there was a strong smell of wood or glue in the hallway and the room - possibly from renovations, but that should have been managed better for a hotel. Overall, we will not be coming back!

Room was spotless and had a lot of amenities that most hotels do not have. It’s was fun and lively. I stay at most palihouses when I can palihouse and Palihotel do have a difference, if you are retired and looking for more of a quiet and not in the heart of Dt maybe look into the west Hollywood location but this one was just as great. The staff was beyond amazing I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I stay here a lot. Clean, super convenient, excellent staff. The elevator needs to be replaced. It breaks OFTEN and the current certificate of inspection is out of date by six months.

Hotel is dismal. Construction going on, carpet is ripped up. Elevator is old and rickety, and we got stuck in it. Heat in the room did not work, even if it did the vents are moldy and dusty. We checked in but left and did not stay here.
