The property is very well taken care of. The staff is very responsive. This is a remodeled property with modern furnishings. I was impressed with how nice the furnishings were. Great shower. Loved that the king/double were in separate rooms. This worked perfectly for privacy for our 3rd guest. We walked a couple blocks to the ocean overlook. It was a wonderful experience and exceeded my expectations. We did find that the room was not air conditioned so we were fortunate that the weather was mild and the ceiling fan generates a lot of wind on the high setting. There are a couple places to eat breakfast within a short walk and there is also a conveneince store close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent remodeled rooms. We're disappointed in ocean view, as its over other buildings and too distant. The walk to Cabrillo Beach isn't far, but a bit steep downhill. The service has been great!

Friendly staff, Clean, Quaint, ssafe property. Nice little cafe about 200 yards away. $20 Lyft to Cruise Port. This is a great budget option to the Crown Plaza. Would stay here again.

One of the best kept hotel/motels I have stayed at - even smells clean. Easy parking. Walking distance to two food spots and a convenience store. Quiet. Doesn’t really get hot in San Pedro, just note, must open windows during warmer months - no a/c. Front desk associates are the most friendly!!

We had a great stay. Came for a weekend festival. The awesome gentlemen at the front office was able to get us in early. I didn't catch his name, but he was so friendly. The room was clean, and comfortable. No complaints. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and kind in all aspects. The location is clean, close to a bar where the locals were inviting and a corner store all in walkable distance. There are even a couple of breakfast joints nearby that have good food.

Our stay was amazing. Two days before our cruise out of San Pedro. Raj was great and gave us lots of information about where to eat and what to see in the area. The area was quiet and an easy walk down to the beach as well as amazing ocean views just 2 blocks away. Straight up the hill to the Korean Bell with stunning ocean views. One block to the Pacific Diner and Lighthouse Cafe and a short Lyft ride to the Cruise port. The room was quiet and glad to have a ceiling fan as there was no AC. Note most eating in area closes at 3 pm but we door dashed from local places like Big Nicks for Pizza. Bed was comfy and there is a small market next door to grab wine for your cruise. Away from other cruisers so made it quiet. Fridge and microwave in the room was a nice touch. Bus 246 runs right outside and you could take that down Pacific Ave to about 3 rd and walk down hill to the cruise port if you want to save money.
