Needs some tender loving care. Cottage is in the back of property and had bare bones minimum furnishings. No decorations present. Mattress could use vacuuming. Exterior yard needs major upkeep and cleaning. Parking is ok in driveway, but difficult to find street parking. TV remote does not power off the TV properly. Located in quiet neighborhood.
