I recently stayed here for my Birthday. Mar 5 - Mar 9. The staff and location makes this hotel a competitor. Check in was quick and easy. The young lady who checked me in was professional. Another desk clerked helped someone who had just checked out by allowing him to charge his phone on the lobby. But Teresa is the real superstar of all! She really made me feel special by not only taking pics of me on my Bday but she actually got down on her knees to get angles! She also gave chocolate for my day. Now, on to the room. The room was a huge disappointment. It was the equivalent of staying at a motel 6. It smelled a little, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the fridge kept everything extra warm, the internet was only free for one day, and the view was atrocious for the amount of money paid. To only have a view of a parking lot is criminal on a Bday trip. I advised upon check in that this was for my Bday and requested a nice room if possible. I was advised all the rooms were nice and an upgrade wasn't possible. The room was so unacceptable, that I can't recommend this hotel nor will i come back when there's other properties next to it offering a better conditions.
