I’m not usually one to complain… I never do a review, but wanted others to be aware. Watch your booking closely. I paid for a corner room which was about $100 more per night. The hotel checked me in before I got to the hotel and assigned me a different room. When I got to the room and realized I didn’t have the view that I was expecting, I went back down to the front desk. I was originally told since they pre-checked me and they couldn’t do anything about it. When I asked them to adjust the room, rate they all of a sudden were able to get me in a corner room, like I had paid for. I prepaid valet on my reservation. The hotel also charged me. It took 45 minutes chatting back back-and-forth with hotels.com to get this corrected. I got breakfast in their coffee shop, in the lobby. It cost $34 for two breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. The surprise was the additional $6 they charged to my room because when I paid at the coffee shop, they asked me if I wanted them to bill it to my room. Never did I expect an addition charge because they billed my room. As a whole, it probably isn’t a property for me. For over $900 for two nights, I wouldn’t expect to have to watch my credit card for unexpected charges.

The hotel does not have accommodation conditions. It is a place for a day trip. The service is terrible. They charge you money without any explanation, and especially in the car parking area. For me, it was a terrible experience.

Overall the property was nice and clean. The only issues that were my concern was miscommunication between staff and the rooftop did not allow any smoking of any kind, although it’s an outside space. Also the restaurants closed early which we had to DoorDash a lot.

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The roof top bar was affordable, the food was great and so was the view. There was one female bartender, who did her job, but she was overwhelmed by the few of us at the bar. While the room was small, it had everything my wife and i needed for our short stay. In short, i would definitely stay there again.
