This place is absolute trash. Lipstick on the sheets. Disgusting floors. Strangers knocking on your door in the middle of the night. Constant traffic. Pretty sure it’s used as an escape route for those running from police. Front desk employees are lazy and rude. Dogs barking and cats meowing all day and night. Dirty towels in room, motel has none to replace them with. Mattresses are completely sunken in - it was like a built in crib for my infant. I also believe that this motel alone keeps this area run down. This should not be a chain. This should not be offered on Expedia. It is not family friendly. Absolute stink hole. Do not stay here.

Honestly, nothing. Maybe the fact that is dominated by Asian culture which was super beautiful. The surrounding makes you feel like in you’re in another country for a second.

Terrible unless you are wanting to be ignored by staff, no early check, no blankets or 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Staff is rude and unfriendly. This hotel did have noisy people and just seems it's hotel that has homeless or drug addicts to be the guests that stay here.

Terrible service and room condition

The room does not provide any towel and when I tried to call front desk, there is no instruction on how to dial with the hotel phone and when I called the number on the website, it disconnected right away. Then walked down and asked front desk about the towel, instead of sending someone to bring me some, they told me I have to go to the laundry room myself, while three workers are busy swiping their phones. Terrible stay. I would love to have a refund if possible.

Worse than 1 star!

Pro: It's right by a freeway exit. Also, it's near many restaurants. Con: 1) Homeless in the parking lot. 2) Room is smelly. Floor is stained, sticky and dusty. 3) Wall-in air condition unit is rusty and pre-set to a speed. You can kinda adjust the temperature but won't really make too much difference. 4) Bed is clean if you don't count seeing hair an issue. The blanket is a bed sheet that is so thin you can almost see through. My t-shirt is thicker than the "blanket." 5) Very limited lights in the whole small room (two double beds). 6) Bathroom smells like sewage with no suction vent. Parts of the bathroom is rusting! 7) Motel is no pets allowed. So the neighbor ties the dog to the outside of the door. It's barking all night. Good luck sleeping!
