When booking on Expedia it mentions Free*** airport shuttle. Once I booked the non refundable night I got a text from Motel 6 Inglewood that the shuttle has a one way fee per person . Reading deeper into the reviews looks like this location is extremely dangerous, car theft . So we didn't end up going I was already pissed about the misrepresentation and misinformation about the shuttle. So I'm still waiting to hear back from the travel insurance (they'll take up to 45 days to tell me whether they'll refund my money. Don't book this, what a waste of time and money.

The staff was awful. Very disrespectful. The first night they used my card for deposit the second night they wouldn’t use any of my cards or cash or tap to pay. Literally not helpful and very rude the hotel smelled like smoke and old stale food. Lots of loud traffic you can hear right outside the door and the window. Not peaceful what so ever. Will never stay here again.

Hotel up charged me for my room as the room I had booked wasn't ready at check in time - room smelled like spray scent had been used to cover cigarette odor which was surprising because of the strict hotel policy concerning smoking - we had to beg them to clean our room - 5 night stay - staff aside from the girl that up charged me were nice
