Other things to note
➞ Why the name Mini Mansion? Well, in this 350sf space, you have a full and well stocked kitchen that allows you to cook with ease. Experience the convenience of a separate kitchen – a coveted rarity.
➞ There is no dishwasher, please prepare to wash dishes by hand. Dirty dishes left upon checkout may result in an additional cleaning fee
➞ We don’t have cable, but you can stream movies and videos with WIFI.
➞ The entrance is facing a relative busy street. So you will hear some street nosice. The unit is also attached to the main house. The soundproofing is pretty good but you still may hear them through the wall.
➞ We don't have a washer and dryer on site but there are several laundromats <10min drive from here
➞ Please keep in mind that the toilet has an electronic pump. So there is noise from the toilets from time to time!
➞ We love pets but only dogs are allowed. We charge a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay and no more than 2 dogs.
- Please watch them carefully as we will charge for any damages they make.
- Make sure you put covers under your pet if on furniture.
- We really don’t want to have “that conversation” with you if any damages we found after your stay.
- Please clean up after your pet
