We’re a very small hosting team — not a luxury hotel like the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons. We don’t have on-site staff or 24/7 concierge service, but we genuinely do our best to make every guest feel comfortable and supported during their stay.
Our homes are priced much more reasonably than nearby hotels, and while we’re always happy to help, we kindly ask guests to understand that we may not be able to meet every request in the same way a full-service hotel can.
It’s also important to note that the total price you see is not what the host actually receives.
Here’s a simple breakdown:
A portion goes to platform service fees
Cleaning fees go directly to professional cleaners
Taxes are collected based on local regulations
What remains (which is much less) goes to the host and hosting team — before covering rent or mortgage, utilities, supplies, maintenance, and day-to-day operations
For example, a $200/night stay for 2 nights does not mean the host receives $400. After fees, cleaning, and taxes, the actual amount received is significantly lower.

CLEANING AND CLEANING FEE
The fee is what local cleaners
charge to CLEAN the unit. It is a ONE TIME CLEANING FEE. so this service is provided only one time for your stay, unless you pay for another cleaning during your stay.
CLEANING BREAKDOWN:
vacuum/ sweep, mop, wipe and sanitize surfaces, empty trash bins 🗑 , do laundry etc.
CLEANING FEE may also cover a few common or basic household items / supplies for the first few days of a stay.
NOTE: none reusable supplies are NOT intended to be supplied for your entire stay if you are a guest staying for more than a few days.
Guest staying for more than a few days are responsible for getting their own supplies when our supplies provided finishes.

Before checkout please take all trash that does NOT fit in the trash bins down to the dumpsters outside or the trash chute in the hallways (if you are in a building). All of our hallways have trash chutes in them for dumping trash. Very large trash can be placed in the big dumpsters that can be found on ground levels or garage.
Leaving Excessive trash or trash that is not in our trash bins in the units after checkout may result in additional charge for cleaning.
PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF OUR BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS THAT BECOME EMPTY.
