The site includes various outdoor courtyards, natural plant backdrops, and an eclectic mix of themed zones and natural settings including:

- An antique Moroccan-styled wall with fountain
- Tropical RV with hanging hammocks
- Hand carved Bali mural and daybed
- Terraced garden surrounding flowing waterfall feature
- Grass yard with stone-stepped pathway
- Private courtyard with fountain and outdoor furniture
- Ocean views from the upper lot, along with a small platform perched above the natural hillside/canyon.
