Why they don’t like me

Treated mean by staff when asked when breakfast service ended. They said it was over and please leave and come back in an hour for lunch Asked for a check out at noon on Sunday and they said no way to vacate at 11 AM

Compared with the other hotels in the area, I think this UCLA hotel holds higher standards. Their facilities are newer and cleaner, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The dining place provides excellent food. The only thing I don't like is that people smoke outside the hotel's beautiful garden. I can occasionally smell it, which is inconsistent with the quiet, beautiful campus environment.

The restaurant staff was not as accommodating as I thought they would be. We were there because I had brain surgery. I had trouble eating. A stark sounded good but the restaurant said they absolutely could not send a steak knife to a room. They finally agreed to send the strak without the knife. I would think since UCLA recommended your hotel for hospital guests, you be more accommodating. The hotel room and bathroom was lovely and comfortable.

Room was clean and nice. Bed was soft and comfortable. All staffs were friendly. The reception also let us checked in a little early before 3pm. The food from Plateia were delicious and beautifully plated. we did not have time to check out the gym. the parking was expensive for $42 a night.

Staff is amazing however the room was not comfortable at all. It was extremely far, the bed was stiff, the pillows too small, and the door to patio would not close properly. The toilet also makes noise when flushing and does not properly dispose of waste.

Fantastic campus hotel with great facilities.

Great place to stay if you attend a conference or have some business at the UCLA campus. Good restaurant and bar (refuses tips). Love the art that is on display all through the hotel. You might miss a pool or whirlpool tub. Rooms were large and well kept.

Great hotel! The only issues was a noise clicking in the bathroom and the full light motion sensor going on in the middle of the night when entering the bathroom. Other than that, it was all positive!

The staff was very friendly, and location was great. However, 42 dollars a day for parking is way too expensive. and breakfast should have been included.
