Your stay includes exclusive use of all four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and the full interior living spaces — plus the outdoor areas that make this property special: furnished decks, a spacious backyard, a covered pergola perfect for alfresco dining, and a wood-burning fire pit. The only areas off-limits are locked owner and operational storage spaces, which are clearly marked and out of the way.



CHECK-IN

PARKING

Street parking in the surrounding area is typically available and does not require a neighborhood permit — though availability can vary and isn't guaranteed. Please observe all posted signs, curb markings, and any temporary notices in effect during your stay to avoid citations or towing.



OUTDOOR AREAS



Spend your evenings under the pergola, gather around the fire pit, or unwind on one of the furnished decks overlooking the backyard. Please note that this home sits within a designated Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone. The outdoor fire pit must be supervised at all times and is not permitted during high-wind events, Red Flag Warning conditions, or any active local fire restrictions. Full fire-safety guidelines and quiet-hour policies are included in your reservation details — please review them before use.



ACCESSIBILITY



This is a multilevel hillside home with character — and stairs. Some transitions between interior levels and outdoor spaces require stair navigation. Guests who have difficulty with stairs may find this property challenging, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions before booking.

Perched in the Hollywood Hills, this home gives you a quiet hillside retreat with one of Los Angeles' most iconic backyards just outside the door. The setting is residential and unhurried — yet the city's best neighborhoods are minutes away by car or rideshare.



Sunset Boulevard and West Hollywood are your closest playground: rooftop bars, acclaimed restaurants, live music venues, boutique shopping, and some of the city's most electric nightlife are all within easy reach. Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive offer a different pace — upscale dining, world-class retail, and the tree-lined elegance of Melrose Avenue round out the westside.



For outdoor pursuits, Runyon Canyon is a neighborhood staple — a short drive to trailheads with sweeping panoramic views across the LA basin. The Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and the laid-back neighborhoods of Los Feliz and Silver Lake are all accessible by car when you're ready to explore the east side of the city.



A personal vehicle or rideshare is the best way to move around. Hollywood Hills roads can be steep and winding, and LA traffic is famously variable — we recommend checking live navigation before heading out, especially toward LAX or Hollywood Burbank Airport.



Come home to the hills. Everything else is within reach.



Getting Around:

Parking

Always check posted signs, curb markings, and any temporary notices before leaving your car to avoid tickets or towing.



Transportation



A personal vehicle or rideshare is the way to move around Los Angeles from this location. From the Hollywood Hills, you're well-positioned to reach Sunset Boulevard, Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood proper — all accessible by car without getting on the freeway.



Keep in mind that Hollywood Hills streets can be steep, narrow, and winding. Take your time on unfamiliar roads, especially at night or after rain. LA traffic is its own animal — conditions shift dramatically based on the hour, local events, construction, and weather, so travel times to destinations like Universal Studios, the San Fernando Valley, LAX, and Hollywood Burbank Airport can vary widely. Live navigation is your best tool; check it before every trip rather than relying on estimates.



Rideshare pickups are available throughout the area, though response times and driver availability may fluctuate depending on the time of day.



Other Things to Note:

RESERVATION VERIFICATION

The primary booking guest may be required to complete an independent identity-verification process before arrival. Requested information must match the reservation holder. Check-in details may be withheld until all required verification steps are complete.



OCCUPANCY & VISIT

The home accommodates up to 11 overnight guests. Everyone age 2 and older must be included in the guest count. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Day visitors require prior written approval, are limited to four, and must leave by 10:00 PM.



RESPECT:

The property is equipped with indoor and outdoor decibel monitoring devices that measure noise levels only and do not record conversations. These devices help ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Tampering with or removing any monitoring device may result in forfeiture of your security deposit and/or additional charges.



FIRE-SAFETY AREA

The property is within a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone. Smoking, vaping, candles, fireworks, and other unauthorized flames are prohibited anywhere on the premises.



OUTDOOR FIRE PIT

Use is permitted only when weather and local restrictions allow. Never leave the fire pit unattended. Ensure it is completely turned off after use. Do not operate during high winds, Red Flag conditions, or burn restrictions.



WILDLIFE & HILLSIDE CONDITIONS

Insects and wildlife may occasionally be present. Use caution outside, especially after dark.



ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Early check-in and late checkout require advance written approval.
