This room was amazing. It was clean, the kitchen was perfect for a few days and a family of 4. I wish I would have thought to bring paper towels and some utensils to make it even better but it was so nice to have the space. The room was a corner upstairs room, was quiet and had great air flow from the outside (windows opened). Close to Santa Monica Pier and Downtown LA, however surrounding area immediately outside was a little sketchy at night. I never felt unsafe in the hotel, however. Parking is underground. Oh and the staff is phenomenal! I would recommend this hotel for families, and would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were very kind and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. The mattress was comfortable, with a good balance between softness and firmness. The location is very convenient — it’s close to Venice Beach, and there are buses nearby that make it easy to get to the beach or the airport. The pillows were supportive; however, if you prefer very low pillows, they might not be ideal. One thing to note is that the surrounding area doesn’t feel very safe at times. Police sirens can often be heard, and there are some homeless people around the building.

Good location, close to Santa Monica and Venice Beach. The room is clean, looks new, and is well-priced. The only issue is that the door lock doesn’t seem very secure, but overall it’s a good stay.

Room service cleanup was consistent and the room amenities were fair. However, during my stay, my room and several other rooms were flooded over night by sewage water coming through the bathroom drain. The entire room had a pool of sewage water along with the garage. I was able to switch rooms free of charge, however the damage was done to my belongings on the floor. The front desk also denied any liability when I damaged my car due to the building's infrastructure not following clearance regulations.
