very clean and modern room. kind staff and smooth check-in/out. parking situation could be better since there’s limited spots and it’s first come first serve or else it’s street parking. luckily, i got a spot for whole trip each night. shower head could be stronger, it’s very weak. easy to get to universal studios. would stay again next time!

Everything was nice but the lighting in the room is more moody. I like a nice bright room so I gave it 4 stars. Plus the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture and having a heels class going on and loud music but it stopped by 10pm. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms were clean and bathroom had all the amenities needed for the trip. The lobby had free juice and coffee with a small snack shop. I plan to return to this hotel when I am on the area.
