Gentleman at reception desk was excellent, security guard helping me park for check on supper helpful, room very clean… but why oh why can’t we have those little non-dairy liquid creamers and decent (not off brand) coffee Kcups in the room instead of powdered creamer! Such a little thing to make the morning better. And I am no coffee snob!

Everything was good. There were 2 things that was not great. 1. Breakfast was not complimentary but carries a $20+ charge for breakfast buffet 2. $55 parking fee was not disclosed at time of booking. Had no choice, but to pay it because there were no options for parking anywhere around the property.

The front desk never answered their phones when I called them through their landline. It was also mentioned as smoke free floor but I doubt that. Overall, they could have done better in service. Rooms were well maintained though. Thank you!
