I always stay here when we come to LA. Love the location - close to Rodeo Drive. The area is clean and safe. The staff is always amazing and courteous. Maryam was so efficient and made check in a breeze.

The hotel itself is nice, clean, rooms are big. The valet was excellent 5 star+ service, honestly he should get a raise. The front des/check in staff..meh, not the friendliest. The biggest issue we had with this hotel is we stayed 1 night for Christmas Eve. There was some kind of a fire alarm set off around 5am...the Beverly Hills fire dept showed up, it was a little chaotic and a rude awakening to say the least. Then at 9am the alarm went off again on our floor, although for a much shorter time this time...but due to the inconvenience and the fact that it was not even acknowledged..we weren't even asked about our stay when we checked out. Had he asked I would have mentioned that the alarms plus fire dept made our stay less than favorable.
