Amazing, friendly, and professional! The staff at the front desk were welcoming from the very beginning. Even before my arrival, I had several questions and called a few times — each time I was met with a simple, clear, and genuinely helpful response. We were there for 4 nights everyday when we would come back to our room it was not cleaned We upgrade to a large suite and paid 400 more a night across from us was a filming crew 6 am waken by their banging door the throughput the day and evening to about 10 pm they would be filming directly across from our room and very loud and disturbing to us it was a horrible stay Front desk was not helpful asked to speak to the manager she never called us will never stay at a Hyatt regent again and will make sure my family and friends will not stay there either

I would suggest a warm blanket to put o the bed if you get cold. I would also suggest a fan in the room to help circulate the air. Had to ask the staff at night for towels by the pool.
