This hotel was perfect! We visited the aquarium in the morning, it is a short drive to the parking there. It is within walking distance to everything! We ate at the harbor and went shopping at the outlet mall. Also did the swan paddle boat ride at night they were all lit up super fun for the kids and adults. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast cafe was delicious. Never had time to go to the pool, too much other things to do but it looks nice. Room was updated and had nice amenities

The staff are amazing, kind, and friendly. This is including the staff who work outside and inside and outside. The room is clean and has beautiful view if on the water side. Hyatt Regency Long Beach is safe to walk around outside at night. Close distance to the outlet mall, beach, and shops for tourists.

Great clean rooms , lovely friendly staff . Whats letting most good hotels down is the use of paper coffee cups wrapped in plastic and wooden sticks as spoons . Where has Classy gone . NO glasses in room yet an ice bucket ? also plastic rubbish bins in a beautiful hotel ? Seems most are now going the easy route to save on washing nice dishes .
