Staff made us wait when the room was ready. Even the manager for cleaning said to let us check in which is sad. Better customer service. They acted like it hurt them when here we had a special needs kiddo whom one said could pick out a snack but I would have rather the room so he could chill in private over that!

Nice clean place. Hot breakfast was good. My kids injoy the heated clean pool and the hot tub. Stay there 2 nights and we were the only one using it. Now to my complaint. Hotel charge 35 dollar a day to park in the parking garage accross the hotel. The noisy heater/ac unit. Its so loud you cant sleep with it on. No hate but please hire people that speak english. I ask a lady who was the room attendant for some more towels, but she did not speak any english. So I have to call front office to ask for it.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly! They have complentary breakfast and a heat pool and 24hr work out room. The major downside to me was the train near by. It was loud and at woke me up at times. It was very inconvenient when leaving the hotel or when coming bacak.
